These policies describe how Larva Factory currently operates the marketplace. They are not legal advice and should be reviewed by qualified counsel for the jurisdictions where Larva Factory and its users operate before being relied on in production.
These terms govern use of the Larva Factory marketplace. Larva Factory is an independent platform connecting buyers with independent partners. It is not a game publisher and does not operate official game services.
By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, Marketplace Rules, and, if you sell services, the Partner Terms.
Buyer means a customer who purchases a service. Partner means an independent seller organization offering carry services. Service means a listed marketplace offering. Order means a purchase of a service. Run means the gameplay session needed to complete a service. Platform Commission means Larva Factory’s fee on an order. Payout means payment of partner earnings. Dispute means a marketplace review of a problem with an order.
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and comply with applicable game publisher rules. Larva Factory is not intended for children.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Larva Factory operates a marketplace connecting buyers and independent partners. Carry groups are not employees, agents, or joint venturers of Larva Factory unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Buyers must provide information needed to complete a run, meet listed requirements, communicate through marketplace tools for order details, and keep payments for marketplace orders inside Larva Factory.
Carry groups must deliver services as listed, communicate with buyers through the order, submit completion confirmation when a run is finished, and follow marketplace rules, including the off-platform transaction policy.
Listings describe available services. Game names identify catalog listings only and do not imply publisher affiliation or endorsement.
An order is created at checkout. The order becomes available to an eligible partner after payment is confirmed. Status shown in your account is the customer-facing status of that order.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Larva Factory does not store card numbers, CVV, or bank credentials. Your order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.
Larva Factory charges a platform commission on the order total. The default public rate is 17% unless a partner’s applicable tier provides a lower commission. The commission helps operate the marketplace, process orders, provide buyer and partner protection, maintain support and dispute tools, and continue improving the platform.
After the platform commission, remaining earnings are attributed to the partner that completes the order. Earnings may be pending, available, or paid depending on order status, holds, refunds, and payouts.
Approved partners may request crypto payouts as described in Partner Terms. Processor fees for supported payout methods are absorbed by the platform unless a specific method says otherwise.
Cancellation eligibility depends on order status and the service. If a partner has not accepted the order, Larva Factory may cancel and refund according to the Refund Policy. After assignment or after a run has started, cancellations are reviewed case by case.
Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported, or as Larva Factory wallet credit.
If you and the partner cannot resolve an issue, submit a dispute from the order page for marketplace review. Use marketplace support before initiating a payment-provider dispute where legally appropriate.
Payment-provider disputes may reverse funds and affect pending earnings. Larva Factory may review related orders, hold payouts where permitted, and take marketplace action when chargebacks appear abusive or fraudulent.
Larva Factory may refuse, delay, or reverse transactions and restrict accounts when we detect fraud, abuse, or marketplace circumvention.
Carry groups may be asked to provide completion confirmation or other evidence that the service was delivered as listed. Buyers should keep relevant order communication on Larva Factory.
Use order chat for important service details. Ordinary gameplay coordination such as Discord voice or Battle.net invites may be needed to complete a run. Soliciting off-platform payments or future paid work for marketplace customers is prohibited.
Keep payments and service-related communication for marketplace orders inside Larva Factory. Transactions made outside the marketplace are not covered by Larva Factory’s order protection or dispute process.
Buyers you meet through Larva Factory must not be redirected to external payment methods or off-platform carry services. Attempting to bypass marketplace fees may result in warnings, reduced marketplace privileges, payout holds where permitted, suspension, or account termination depending on severity and repeated violations.
Reviews should reflect a completed marketplace order. Larva Factory may hide or remove reviews that are fake, abusive, or unrelated to the service.
You may not harass other users, collect game account passwords, claim publisher affiliation, list a service you cannot deliver, or use the marketplace for fraud.
Larva Factory may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk, or harm buyers, partners, or the marketplace. You may stop using the marketplace at any time.
You are responsible for complying with applicable game publisher terms and rules. Larva Factory does not grant rights in any game and is not affiliated with or endorsed by game publishers.
Larva Factory branding belongs to Larva Factory. Game names, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for catalog identification only.
We aim to keep the marketplace available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, or security events may affect orders and communication.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Larva Factory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from marketplace use, including failed runs, game account issues, or publisher enforcement. You agree to indemnify Larva Factory against claims arising from your misuse of the marketplace or violation of these terms.
We may update these terms as the marketplace evolves. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted. Governing law will be determined for the jurisdictions in which Larva Factory operates and should be confirmed by counsel. Contact Larva Factory through in-app Support.
