Partner Terms
These policies describe how Larva Factory currently operates the marketplace. They are not legal advice and should be reviewed by qualified counsel for the jurisdictions where Larva Factory and its users operate before being relied on in production.
Carry groups on Larva Factory are independent contractors. These terms apply when you apply, are approved, or sell services on the marketplace.
Marketplace role
You operate independently. Larva Factory provides marketplace tools, order matching, payments, and support. You are not a Larva Factory employee.
Platform commission
Commission is tier-based (NEW 17%, VERIFIED 15%, TRUSTED 12%, ELITE 10%) and configurable by the platform — never a fifth tier. Public storefront copy refers to keeping up to 83% because that is the NEW-tier default. Processor fees for supported payment methods are absorbed by the platform.
Earnings and payouts
Earnings are recorded against completed marketplace orders. Payouts are crypto only (USDT, USDC, or Bitcoin) to a public address you control, after admin review. Never share seed phrases or private keys. Payout holds vary by tier and may be extended for security without changing commission.
Orders and communication
Accept only orders you can complete. Keep important order communication on Larva Factory. Fulfillment communications (Battle.net, Discord voice, in-game party) are allowed; soliciting off-platform paid work is prohibited.
Keep marketplace orders on Larva Factory
Buyers you meet through Larva Factory must not be redirected to external payment methods or off-platform carry services. Attempting to bypass marketplace fees may result in warnings, reduced marketplace privileges, payout holds where permitted, suspension, or account termination depending on severity and repeated violations.
Chat review
Marketplace chat may be analyzed for fraud, security, payment diversion, and compliance. Detection is a signal, not automatic proof, and keyword hits never permanently ban an account by themselves. Enforcement is progressive (warnings, holds, reviews, restrictions). Appeals are available.
Reputation
Complete orders successfully and maintain strong buyer ratings to improve your marketplace standing. Only metrics shown in your dashboard are used for that standing.
